Name Checker
Look up whether a player with this exact name exists on PUBG: Battlegrounds (Steam, Kakao, Xbox, PlayStation) using the public PUBG developer API. PUBG Mobile is not covered.

How the PUBG Name Checker Works
When you press Check, we ask PUBG's public developer API whether a player with that exact name exists on each of four platforms: PC through Steam, PC through Kakao, Xbox and PlayStation. These are the platforms of PUBG: Battlegrounds. If a player with that name exists on any of them, the result is Taken, and we show which platforms returned a match. If all four platforms answer that no such player exists, the result is Not found.
If the API cannot answer, for example because it is rate limiting requests or one of the platforms did not respond, you will see an error instead of a result. We never report “not found” unless all four platforms actually answered, because a missing answer is not the same thing as a free name.
What “Not Found” Does and Does Not Mean
The lookup can only tell you that no current player has this exact name. It cannot tell you that you are allowed to take it. The lookup is case-sensitive, so a name that differs only by capital letters is a different search. Names that are reserved, recently released or blocked by the game's own rules will not show up as players. And the tool does not cover PUBG Mobile, which is a separate game with its own accounts. Treat Not found as a good sign and confirm the name in the game before you rely on it.
Rules about length, allowed characters and how often a name can be changed are set by PUBG and can change. Check them in the game or on PUBG's support pages before you spend anything on a rename.
About the Generated Names
The generator sends your keyword to a language model with instructions to produce short, competitive, battle-royale-flavoured names, ten at a time, up to 15 characters, in lowercase letters (underscores are possible). They are suggestions, not reserved names. Click any suggestion to run it through the checker, and generate a few batches before you decide, since the first ideas are rarely the best.
